  • Project name: Going back to school and distributing school bags:

  • The funder / supporter: The Childhood Organization – UNICEF.

  • Implementation period: January – May 2015.

  • Implementation site: in the districts (Al-Zahir, Shada, Ketaf, Al-Hashwah, Ghamr, Baqim, Qataber) – Saada governorate

  • Number of beneficiaries: 15,000 students in the targeted districts.

  • Implemented Activities

1- Distributing school bags to (15,000) students in the targeted schools.

2- Implementing community awareness activities.

3- Distributing and hanging banners and posters about the importance of joining the school.
